Due to the current uncertainty caused by COVID-19, we understand that the work that you are currently undertaking with our grants may be disrupted.
To make this time easier for you, we can grant a no-cost extension to facilitate your research. In order for us to facilitate this, please download, fill in and return the form below to the Research, Policy and Innovation team at Steven@fightforsight.org.uk
The Small Grants scheme will open shortly. The scheme offers up to £15,000 for projects up to 12 months. These awards are no longer limited to clinical research studies. We now encourage any pilot/feasibility study in the field of ophthalmology and vision science. Fight for Sight’s website contains the most up to date information regarding available opportunities and new partnerships.Our previous partnerships have included:
- AZOOR Society
- Blind Veterans UK
- Childhood Eye Cancer Trust
- International Glaucoma Association
- Keratoconus Group
- Thyroid Eye Disease Charitable Trust
We also welcome projects addressing any other eye condition.
PhD studentships offer supervisors up to £100,000 for a three year project addressing research in all fields of ophthalmic and vision research relevant to Fight for Sight's charitable aims. Projects are expected to start in October 2020. We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Versus Arthritis and our continuing partnership with the Masonic Charitable Foundation.
