Individual Giving Officer

£27,000 + benefits

We are looking for Individual Giving Officer to join our small but ambitious team. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of an integrated individual giving programme for donor acquisition and retention, utilising all channels including direct mail and digital marketing in order to increase net income, the donor base and the lifetime value of donors.

You will work with the Individual Giving Manager to create and refine supporter development and retention strategies. You will help to deliver an exciting new programme of cultivation and stewardship for Fight for Sight’s valued donor base to support the charity’s intention to achieve an ambitious step change in income generation to support its work. You will also be able to develop your skills and understanding in legacy fundraising and will be well supported in your development by experts in income streams.

We can offer you a salary of £27,000 per annum + benefits including 10% non-contributory pension, discretionary flexible working and a diverse group of individuals just waiting to share their commitment to the extraordinary impact our research can achieve for people affected by sight loss.
