Join us on Sunday, the 2 April, at the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

This year, the race celebrates the grand, the quirky and the hidden!

To help celebrate this, Team Fight for Sight will wear wacky spectacles and our bright branded t-shirts to cheer on our fabulous runners!

If you are free, please join us to cheer on our runners.

Where:

Meet our Community and Events Fundraising Officer, Ruth, at the Mile 2 marker next to Kings College London to begin the festivities. Join us from 9.30 am until 11.15 am.

If you prefer a later start, meet us at Mile 12 from noon.

Tracking your friends in the race:

Download the LLHM app (available NOW) to see the interactive supporter map and track the runners. Search for “London Landmarks Half Marathon” on Google Play or App Store.

What to bring:

It can be a long day, so ensure you have plenty of water and snacks. Comfy shoes and plenty of layers are also advised – you never know when an April shower could hit.

Bring along anything brightly coloured or noisy to help ward off the inevitable sore throats at the end of the day.

Spectacles

We will wear some wacky specs on the day – feel free to go as big as you want. Make your own, or dig some out of the costume box.

Take a Selfie

Remember to take loads of photos throughout the day! We would love to see and share them on social media after the event.

Please upload any photos you are happy to be shared to our Google Drive.

There is also a competition to win two free places in the LLHM 2024 – check out the Royal Selfie Challenge for more information.

Get in touch

Please email us at events@fightforsight.org.uk to let us know you will be coming. Ruth will bring some extra t-shirts on the day, but please let her know if you need a specific size.
