Phil is Chief Income Officer at Fight for Sight, where he leads the organisation’s income strategy to support its mission to Save Sight. Change Lives.

He oversees a diverse, multi-channel portfolio spanning fundraising and retail, bringing these together to drive sustainable growth and maximise long term impact.

Phil is passionate about connecting people and organisations to meaningful causes, building high performing teams, and creating compelling opportunities for supporters to make a real difference in the fight against vision loss.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and travelling. He is also a volunteer Group Mentor for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, supporting young people to achieve their Bronze award.
