Stephen joined Fight for Sight post caring duties ensuring his Mum & Dad enjoyed the best possible life in their own home during their final years. Prior to this responsibility Stephen had been a seasoned direct marketer working on relationship marketing programmes in the commercial sector within some of London’s best advertising agencies on brands such as Cineworld, Tesco Clubcard, EDF Energy, NS&I, The Sun Newspaper and NatWest.

Covid prompted his long sought-after move into the third sector bringing all his relationship/data/integrated marketing experience to the world of individual giving where insights and learning remain at the very heart of his focus. Stephen believes that we should live in a fair society where there are zero barriers for success, personal progression, and happiness.
