Viktoria's career has taken her through scientific research, finance, and operational roles across a variety of sectors, giving her a broad perspective and a love of problem-solving. She enjoys using data, analysis, and financial insight to help organisations make informed decisions and achieve their goals. At Fight for Sight, she is proud to support work that helps improve the lives of people affected by sight loss.

Outside of work, you will usually find her involved in sport, getting lost in a great crime story, spending time in nature, or volunteering as an athletics coach, helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence and ambition to become future champions. She loves helping people reach their potential, whether that is through my work or on the athletics track.
