As Head of Retail Operations, Adam leads the delivery of our retail strategy across our Donations Hub, online retail platforms and retail partnerships. Blending creativity with commercial insight, he drives innovation, efficiency and structure across all areas of the operation. From developing smarter online selling strategies to growing income, streamlining warehouse logistics or generating quality stock through strategic collaborations with businesses, brands and communities, Adam’s focus is on building a future-proof retail model that’s ethical, scalable and makes a real impact - all in support of our mission to Save Sight. Change Lives.
With 17 years’ experience, Adam began his career at the British Heart Foundation before moving to Crisis UK, where he created their e-commerce department and built a deep understanding of charity retail logistics. His shift into corporate donations came naturally, and he’s since specialised in forging partnerships that support both purpose and profit. Outside of work, Adam loves the buzz of life in Waterloo, though he’s a proud Brummie at heart. The Real Housewives franchise: obsessed. He’s also gearing up to throw himself out of a plane (with a parachute) this September, as a keen supporter of our community fundraising efforts
