Bernadett Matlock

Chief Financial Officer

Bernadett has over 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles across the charity, public and commercial sectors, advising Boards and executive teams on financial strategy, governance and long-term sustainability. Bernadett is a Fellow of CIMA and CPA, a Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CIPFA), and holds a PhD in Life Sciences.

Prior to joining Fight for Sight, she held a number of CFO and Finance Director positions, leading finance transformation, operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives. Outside work, Bernadett is a keen volunteer, is passionate about animal welfare and rescue, and is the proud mother of triplets. She enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the Dorset coastline.
